The Phrozen Lumii 2K DLP is a chairside dental 3D printer designed for Australian dental clinics running same-day treatment workflows. Both plates use frosted laser-cut surfaces to promote consistent layer adhesion without additional surface preparation.

The built-in heating system maintains optimal resin temperature throughout the print cycle, eliminating the variability that causes failed prints in ambient conditions below 20 degrees Celsius. A plug-in air purifier with a replaceable carbon filter manages resin vapour within the clinical space without requiring battery replacement or recharging cycles. The 5 inch touch panel provides access to print queue, tool functions including Z-axis control and vat cleaning, heater control, and network settings. Files transfer via USB or Wi-Fi and are sliced using Phrozen DS Slicer, which provides AI-assisted orientation, automatic support generation for dental indications, and integration with 3Shape and other major dental CAD platforms.

The Lumii is validated for restorative crown and bridge models, aligner models, study models, surgical guides, occlusal splints, and denture bases. Phrozen provides step-by-step clinical guides for each indication through the DS Slicer workflow.
