The Phrozen Sonic Mighty 12K is a mid-sized MSLA resin 3D printer built for miniature painters, tabletop gamers, jewellery makers, engineers, model makers, and home studios who need more build volume than a compact printer provides without stepping into full production scale. The 10.1 inch 12K monochrome LCD delivers 19 x 24 micron XY resolution across a 218 x 123 x 235 mm build volume, producing prints where fine surface texture, sharp edges at small scales, and intricate detail survive the print with clarity that 8K panels cannot match.
The 218 x 123 mm build plate sits between compact printers like the Mini 8KS and larger machines like the Revo 16K. It accommodates full character busts, larger batch miniature runs, mid-format engineering prototypes, and jewellery casting masters across a plate that fits a standard workbench or shelving unit. The 235 mm Z-height handles tall single pieces without splitting across plates.
The Sonic Mighty 12K includes a built-in time-lapse camera that records every print automatically. Monitor progress live from the 5 inch HD touchscreen or review the full time-lapse after the run. Dual linear rails and a ball screw Z-axis maintain layer registration accuracy across multi-hour sessions. The all-metal chassis provides the structural rigidity that 12K resolution requires.
The printer is compatible with Phrozen's full resin range and with any third-party 405 nm resin. Connect via USB, Wi-Fi, or Ethernet. Slicing is supported by Chitubox and Lychee Slicer with Mighty 12K profiles available from both.
