Phrozen Build Plate for Mighty Revo 16K MAX: Official Replacement Build Plate
The Phrozen Build Plate is the official replacement build plate for the Sonic Mighty Revo 16K MAX. The latch-lock quick-release and dual handles allow one-handed removal after printing with a secure grip, reducing the risk of dropping heavy prints during the removal step. The all-metal, screw-free exterior with angled drain design channels excess resin back into the vat, and the all-metal drip hanger lets the plate hang above the vat during drip-off without requiring a separate stand.
The sandblasted-anodized surface with laser-etched texture provides strong first layer adhesion and improved durability over standard anodized surfaces. The build plate fits directly into the Phrozen Wash Mega S for machine washing without removing models from the plate, which reduces handling contact with fine detail during post-processing. 4-point levelling is retained from the original plate. 12 month warranty.

I’ve tested plenty of resins in the past, but Resione Tough74 v2 is on a completely different level. The material properties are incredible - it’s the perfect balance of rigidity and toughness. I have used the Phrozen 8K resin before, so I know how good a product it is. Delivery was fast. Sadly, whoever delivered it left it in the foyer of my apartment building without even buzzing me. Nothing to do with 3D cast but I hate to think what would have happened if a kid had got their hands on it.
