Phrozen PFA (nFEP) Film is the replacement release film made specifically for the Sonic Mighty Revo 16K MAX Quick-Release Resin Vat. This film is designed for the latch-and-frame mounting system of the Quick-Release Vat and is not interchangeable with the film for the Heated Resin Vat. If you are using the Heated Resin Vat, the correct film is the Phrozen PFA (nFEP) Film for the Mighty Revo 16K MAX Heated Resin Vat.
The latch-and-frame mounting on the Quick-Release Vat allows film swaps without tools. PFA (nFEP) material at 0.15 mm thickness provides low release force, strong chemical resistance, and a longer service life than standard FEP film. UV transmittance of 97.5% ensures consistent light delivery through the film, maintaining the 16K print quality the Revo 16K MAX is capable of. The Revo 16K MAX tracks film usage automatically and alerts you when the recommended replacement threshold is reached. Three sheets per pack.

The Heated Resin Vat film is rated for 40,000+ release cycles. Film life varies with resin type, print settings, and handling. Inspect regularly for cloudiness, scratches, or delamination and replace when print quality deteriorates or the film is visibly damaged.
Replace the glass protector when it becomes heavily scratched, cloudy, or visibly damaged. A worn protector reduces UV transmittance and can affect print quality. The 2-set pack provides two replacement cycles.
The LCD frame tape is a black light-blocking tape that seals the gap between the LCD panel and the printer frame during LCD replacement. It prevents light leakage around the panel edges and is replaced each time a new LCD is installed. One set per LCD replacement; the 2-pack covers two replacement cycles.

I’ve tested plenty of resins in the past, but Resione Tough74 v2 is on a completely different level. The material properties are incredible - it’s the perfect balance of rigidity and toughness. I have used the Phrozen 8K resin before, so I know how good a product it is. Delivery was fast. Sadly, whoever delivered it left it in the foyer of my apartment building without even buzzing me. Nothing to do with 3D cast but I hate to think what would have happened if a kid had got their hands on it.
