Phrozen Heated Resin Vat for Mighty Revo 16K MAX: Optional Dual Heating Upgrade
The Phrozen Heated Resin Vat is the sold-separately heated vat for the Sonic Mighty Revo 16K MAX, designed to pair with the printer's standard dual-fan chamber heater for a complete dual heating system. The chamber heater warms the print environment while the Heated Resin Vat warms the resin directly, providing more stable resin temperature throughout the print than chamber heating alone.
The dual heating setup is most valuable in cold studio environments, during winter printing, and when working with high-viscosity materials including castable and engineering-grade resins that require consistent warmth to flow and adhere correctly. The system waits for both the chamber and the vat to reach the set temperature before printing begins, and alerts you if temperature drops mid-print. This prevents the layer adhesion failures and separation issues that occur when resin viscosity rises unexpectedly during a long run.
The Heated Resin Vat uses traditional film mounting. For tool-free film replacement, the Phrozen Quick-Release Resin Vat is the correct choice. Film replacement for the Heated Resin Vat uses the dedicated PFA (nFEP) Film for the Mighty Revo 16K MAX Heated Resin Vat, sold separately. CNC-machined aluminium construction, 2L capacity, nFEP film pre-installed. 12 month warranty.

I have used the Phrozen 8K resin before, so I know how good a product it is. Delivery was fast. Sadly, whoever delivered it left it in the foyer of my apartment building without even buzzing me. Nothing to do with 3D cast but I hate to think what would have happened if a kid had got their hands on it.
