Phrozen Quick-Release Resin Vat for Mighty Revo 16K MAX: Standard Replacement Vat
The Phrozen Quick-Release Resin Vat is the standard 2L vat for the Sonic Mighty Revo 16K MAX. The latch-and-frame structure with silicone gasket replaces traditional screw-by-screw film mounting, making film swaps fast and tool-free. This is the vat that ships with the printer and the correct replacement when the original requires replacement.
The 2L capacity holds approximately two bottles of resin in a single fill, supporting overnight and extended batch runs without refilling. The oversized handle and widened pour spout make the vat easier to grip, drain, and refill with fewer spills during resin changes. Film replacement uses the dedicated PFA (nFEP) Film for the Mighty Revo 16K MAX Quick-Release Resin Vat, which is designed around the latch-and-frame mounting for tool-free swaps. For heated resin capability, the Phrozen Heated Resin Vat is the correct alternative — note that the Heated Resin Vat does not include quick-release film mounting.

I have used the Phrozen 8K resin before, so I know how good a product it is. Delivery was fast. Sadly, whoever delivered it left it in the foyer of my apartment building without even buzzing me. Nothing to do with 3D cast but I hate to think what would have happened if a kid had got their hands on it.
