Monocure3D XL nFEP Film: Premium Vat Film for Large Format Resin Printers
Monocure3D XL nFEP Film is a single-sheet premium replacement vat film measuring 210 x 297 mm and 127 µm thick, manufactured from genuine PFA (nFEP) polymer. It is suited to any resin printer with a large format vat that accepts a 210 x 297 mm sheet, including printers with 8.9-inch screens. Check your printer's vat dimensions before ordering to confirm fit.
nFEP (PFA) delivers lower suction force during layer separation than standard FEP film, which reduces print failures on the large cross section prints that larger format printers are typically used for. The smoother surface of nFEP reduces the mechanical bond between the cured resin layer and the film during lift, lowering peel force at each layer cycle. At 127 µm, this is thinner than standard 150 µm or 200 µm FEP options, which provides greater film flexibility, further reducing peel force and improving UV transmittance compared to thicker films.
Correct installation tension is confirmed by a drum-like resonance when the installed film is tapped at the centre, indicating the film is seated flat without low-tension areas that cause uneven cure contact.

I have used the Phrozen 8K resin before, so I know how good a product it is. Delivery was fast. Sadly, whoever delivered it left it in the foyer of my apartment building without even buzzing me. Nothing to do with 3D cast but I hate to think what would have happened if a kid had got their hands on it.

I switched to this because isopropyl was stinking up the house from the garage. This has a nice lemon smell, cleans well, doesn't make my eyes burn from the fumes and didn't get cloudy after the first use. It did kick up the VOC readings the same as isopropyl, but didn't linger the entire day when I used my air purifier. Great stuff, will buy more.

Great business to deal with. Recently after a full days work, I placed an order. 3D Cast was on the ball, as the resin I ordered was different to my previous orders, as it turned out I pushed the wrong button, this was my bugger up. But, rather than just send it, they contacted me and asked if this was right and I was able to correct it.
