Phrozen ABS Like + Gray is a tough engineering MSLA resin formulated for engineers, product designers, and hobbyists producing functional prototypes, mechanical housings, brackets, and everyday use parts that require impact resistance and controlled flexibility. It is suited to applications where standard resins are too brittle and fully flexible resins are too soft, occupying the mid-range between rigidity and toughness that ABS-like formulations are specifically designed to fill.

The ABS Like + formulation delivers a tensile strength of 45 MPa alongside an elongation at break of 12%. These two figures together define the toughness profile: 45 MPa tensile strength means parts resist being pulled apart under load, which matters for brackets, snap fits, and load-bearing clips. At 12% elongation, the resin yields slightly before fracture rather than cracking cleanly at the point of stress, which is the behaviour that makes an ABS-like resin preferable to a high-rigidity engineering resin for components that are assembled by hand or subject to incidental impact. Shore D hardness of 85 confirms the material is firmly in the rigid range while retaining the slight flex that distinguishes it from brittle formulations.
