Phrozen ACF Film 220 x 310 mm 3 pcs is a pack of three premium anti-clouding release film sheets for resin printers with 10.1-inch format vats. ACF film is Phrozen's highest performance vat film, offering superior release properties, resistance to clouding degradation, and longer service life compared to both standard FEP and PFA film. This sheet size is the OEM specification for the Phrozen Sonic Mighty 8K, Mighty 12K, Mighty Revo 14K, and Mighty Revo 16K, and is also compatible with any other brand of resin printer whose vat accepts a 220 x 310 mm sheet.
At 10.1-inch scale, ACF's reduced peel force is most valuable during large cross section prints where the build platform generates significant layer separation stress. The anti-clouding property maintains UV transmittance performance over more print cycles than FEP or PFA, which is particularly relevant for Mighty series users running extended professional or production print sessions where film degradation between replacements is most noticeable.
The 3-pack format provides stock for multiple replacements, reducing downtime on active printers and lowering the per-sheet cost across the replacement cycle.

I have used the Phrozen 8K resin before, so I know how good a product it is. Delivery was fast. Sadly, whoever delivered it left it in the foyer of my apartment building without even buzzing me. Nothing to do with 3D cast but I hate to think what would have happened if a kid had got their hands on it.

I switched to this because isopropyl was stinking up the house from the garage. This has a nice lemon smell, cleans well, doesn't make my eyes burn from the fumes and didn't get cloudy after the first use. It did kick up the VOC readings the same as isopropyl, but didn't linger the entire day when I used my air purifier. Great stuff, will buy more.

Great business to deal with. Recently after a full days work, I placed an order. 3D Cast was on the ball, as the resin I ordered was different to my previous orders, as it turned out I pushed the wrong button, this was my bugger up. But, rather than just send it, they contacted me and asked if this was right and I was able to correct it.
