Phrozen PFA (nFEP) Film 310 x 220 mm is a premium single-sheet replacement vat film at 150 µm thickness, manufactured from perfluoroalkoxy (PFA). This sheet size is the OEM specification for the Phrozen Sonic Mighty 8K, Sonic Mighty 12K, and Sonic Mighty Revo 14K and 16K printers, and is also compatible with any other brand of resin printer whose vat accepts a 310 x 220 mm sheet.
PFA film provides lower peel force during layer separation than standard FEP film, which directly reduces print failures on the large cross section prints that 10.1-inch build platforms support. A larger build area produces greater layer contact areas, which amplifies the suction force that occurs during lift cycles on wide, flat model geometries. PFA's reduced suction force is particularly effective at this scale, recovering print reliability on the geometries that larger format printing is used for.
UV transmittance of up to 95% supports accurate curing at the layer heights these printers operate at. The longer service life of PFA compared to FEP means fewer replacement cycles across a print volume, which is relevant for users running longer, higher volume print sessions.

I’ve tested plenty of resins in the past, but Resione Tough74 v2 is on a completely different level. The material properties are incredible - it’s the perfect balance of rigidity and toughness. I have used the Phrozen 8K resin before, so I know how good a product it is. Delivery was fast. Sadly, whoever delivered it left it in the foyer of my apartment building without even buzzing me. Nothing to do with 3D cast but I hate to think what would have happened if a kid had got their hands on it.

I switched to this because isopropyl was stinking up the house from the garage. This has a nice lemon smell, cleans well, doesn't make my eyes burn from the fumes and didn't get cloudy after the first use. It did kick up the VOC readings the same as isopropyl, but didn't linger the entire day when I used my air purifier. Great stuff, will buy more.

Great business to deal with. Recently after a full days work, I placed an order. 3D Cast was on the ball, as the resin I ordered was different to my previous orders, as it turned out I pushed the wrong button, this was my bugger up. But, rather than just send it, they contacted me and asked if this was right and I was able to correct it.
