Phrozen FEP Film A4 Size: Replacement Vat Film for Resin 3D Printers
Phrozen FEP Film A4 Size is a single-sheet replacement vat film measuring 210 x 290 mm and 150 µm thick, manufactured from fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP). FEP film is the release layer that sits at the base of the resin vat between the liquid resin and the LCD panel; it allows cured layers to separate cleanly from the vat floor during each lift cycle.
FEP film degrades over time through micro-scratching from print separations, UV exposure, and resin chemical contact. Visible clouding, reduced print quality, or an increase in print failures are the primary signs that replacement is due. Replacing the FEP film is one of the most impactful routine maintenance steps in resin printing and restores print consistency without the cost of a full vat replacement.
At 150 µm, Phrozen FEP Film balances UV light transmittance with mechanical durability. Correct installation tension is confirmed by a drum-like resonance when the installed film is tapped lightly at the centre. This is a genuine Phrozen premium film suited to all Phrozen printers using A4 format vats, and is also compatible with any other brand of resin printer whose vat accepts a 210 x 290 mm sheet.

I have used the Phrozen 8K resin before, so I know how good a product it is. Delivery was fast. Sadly, whoever delivered it left it in the foyer of my apartment building without even buzzing me. Nothing to do with 3D cast but I hate to think what would have happened if a kid had got their hands on it.

I switched to this because isopropyl was stinking up the house from the garage. This has a nice lemon smell, cleans well, doesn't make my eyes burn from the fumes and didn't get cloudy after the first use. It did kick up the VOC readings the same as isopropyl, but didn't linger the entire day when I used my air purifier. Great stuff, will buy more.

Great business to deal with. Recently after a full days work, I placed an order. 3D Cast was on the ball, as the resin I ordered was different to my previous orders, as it turned out I pushed the wrong button, this was my bugger up. But, rather than just send it, they contacted me and asked if this was right and I was able to correct it.
