The Phrozen Sonic LS+ Complete Lab System is the most comprehensive LS+ bundle, designed for Australian dental laboratories that need a fully integrated high-volume dental 3D printing workflow from a single purchase. It combines the Sonic LS+ printer, Phrozen Wash+ washing station, Phrozen Cure+ curing unit, Phrozen Heat and Mix resin preparation station, and three validated dental resins, covering every stage from resin preparation through to a finished cured part.
The Sonic LS+ delivers 34 µm XY resolution using a 9.1 inch 385nm mono-LCD, printing up to 20 full-arch models or 35 occlusal splints per run with dual vat and chamber heating at 30°C. The Heat and Mix station brings temperature-controlled resin preparation into the workflow, ensuring resins are at the correct viscosity before printing regardless of ambient lab temperature. The Wash+ handles post-print cleaning with dual tank washing, 200 stored profiles, and five-minute cycle times matched to the LS+ production output. The Cure+ provides triple-wavelength curing at 365, 385, and 405nm with a 60°C heated enclosure and validated profiles for over 15 dental materials.

The Sonic LS+ has a larger build volume than the CS+, with a Large plate configuration of 198 x 125 x 175 mm compared to the CS+ Standard plate at 168 x 74 x 175 mm. The LS+ is built for high volume laboratory batch production where more models per print cycle are required, while the CS+ is optimised for chairside same-session workflows.
The WASH+ supports three methods. A two-stage dirty IPA then clean IPA wash, separation of FDA biocompatible parts from non-FDA parts in a single cycle, and double plate washing for up to 24 dental models per cycle.
The Cure+ has validated curing profiles for 15 or more dental materials including surgical guides, models, splints, and biocompatible resins. It uses triple wavelength curing at 365, 385, and 405 nm with a heated 60 degree enclosure.
The Sonic LS+ is validated with the full range of Phrozen dental resins stocked at 3D Cast, including Dental Study Model Resin, Water-Washable Dental Model Resin, Dental Ortho Model Resin with a 220°C glass transition temperature for thermoforming, and Monocure3D PRECISE+ and Thermo Resin.
