The Phrozen Wash & Cure Kit with 5 Litre Monocure3D Resinaway bundles the full Phrozen Wash & Cure station with a 5-litre bottle of Monocure3D Resinaway, a non-flammable, low-odour resin cleaning concentrate that is reusable across multiple wash sessions. The bundle provides a complete post-processing setup including both the equipment and the cleaning chemistry, removing the need to source isopropyl alcohol separately.
Monocure3D Resinaway is specifically formulated for resin 3D print cleaning and offers practical advantages over isopropyl alcohol as a wash solvent. It is non-flammable, which removes the storage and handling risk that IPA introduces in workshop and studio environments. Low odour makes it more practical for indoor use without high-flow ventilation. The solution is reusable — spent Resinaway can be left in sunlight to cure the suspended resin particles, filtered, and returned to service, extending the life of each litre significantly compared to IPA which does not allow easy resin removal.
The 5-litre volume fills the Wash & Cure station's 8-litre tank and provides a reserve for top-up between curing cycles. For users switching from IPA to Resinaway as their primary wash chemistry, the 5-litre format provides enough volume to establish a workflow and evaluate performance before committing to ongoing supply.
The Wash & Cure station specifications are identical to the standalone kit: 8-litre vortex wash tank, 360° UV curing chamber, models up to Ø25 x 23.5 cm, three operating modes including sequential dry then cure.

I have used the Phrozen 8K resin before, so I know how good a product it is. Delivery was fast. Sadly, whoever delivered it left it in the foyer of my apartment building without even buzzing me. Nothing to do with 3D cast but I hate to think what would have happened if a kid had got their hands on it.

I switched to this because isopropyl was stinking up the house from the garage. This has a nice lemon smell, cleans well, doesn't make my eyes burn from the fumes and didn't get cloudy after the first use. It did kick up the VOC readings the same as isopropyl, but didn't linger the entire day when I used my air purifier. Great stuff, will buy more.

Great business to deal with. Recently after a full days work, I placed an order. 3D Cast was on the ball, as the resin I ordered was different to my previous orders, as it turned out I pushed the wrong button, this was my bugger up. But, rather than just send it, they contacted me and asked if this was right and I was able to correct it.
