Phrozen 10.1-Inch LCD Frame Tape for the Sonic Mighty Revo 14K is the genuine OEM adhesive sealing tape pre-cut to fit the 10.1-inch LCD panel in this printer. LCD frame tape is the sealing gasket between the LCD and the printer frame — it secures the panel in position, creates a barrier against resin ingress at the perimeter of the screen, and maintains LCD alignment for consistent UV light distribution across the build area.
The Mighty Revo 14K operates at a native XY resolution of approximately 28 µm, which is among the highest resolution levels available in the Mighty form factor. At this resolution, even minor LCD misalignment introduces detectable curing inconsistency across the build plate. The genuine pre-cut Phrozen frame tape is dimensioned to the precise frame geometry of the Revo 14K, ensuring the LCD seats correctly and the seal is complete at all four edges.
Phrozen recommends replacing the frame tape at every LCD replacement. Reusing the original tape after removal compromises seal integrity. At $25 per set, it is the lowest cost consumable in a Revo 14K LCD service and the one most consequential if skipped.

I have used the Phrozen 8K resin before, so I know how good a product it is. Delivery was fast. Sadly, whoever delivered it left it in the foyer of my apartment building without even buzzing me. Nothing to do with 3D cast but I hate to think what would have happened if a kid had got their hands on it.

I switched to this because isopropyl was stinking up the house from the garage. This has a nice lemon smell, cleans well, doesn't make my eyes burn from the fumes and didn't get cloudy after the first use. It did kick up the VOC readings the same as isopropyl, but didn't linger the entire day when I used my air purifier. Great stuff, will buy more.

Great business to deal with. Recently after a full days work, I placed an order. 3D Cast was on the ball, as the resin I ordered was different to my previous orders, as it turned out I pushed the wrong button, this was my bugger up. But, rather than just send it, they contacted me and asked if this was right and I was able to correct it.
