The bundle includes the Phrozen Wash Mega S (25-litre dual vortex wash station with side drain valve), the Phrozen Mega Cure S (large format 405 nm UV curing station with 360° rotating transparent turntable and dual 1,700 RPM fans), and four 5-litre bottles of Monocure3D Resinaway cleaning solution. 20 litres of Resinaway is enough to fill the Wash Mega S tank with solution to spare for top-ups.
Monocure3D Resinaway is non-flammable, has a lower flash point risk than IPA, and has a longer working life before the solution becomes saturated and needs replacing. At 25 litres of cleaning capacity in the Wash Mega S, these properties are material. Resinaway is also purpose-formulated for photopolymer resin removal, which means it is effective across standard, engineering, and dental resin types without the hazards of large volume IPA storage.
Yes. The Wash Mega S tank has a 25-litre capacity but the working fill level for effective vortex cleaning is below the maximum. 20 litres is sufficient to fill the tank to the recommended operating level for the first fill, with some remaining for top-ups as solution evaporates during use.
The bundle is sized for large format Phrozen printers. The Wash Mega S accommodates build plates up to 15 inches, covering the Sonic Mega 8K S, Sonic Mega 8K V2, and Sonic Mighty Revo 16K MAX. The Mega Cure S accommodates models up to Ø35 x 30 cm. For standard desktop printers, the Phrozen Wash and Cure Kit is the appropriate option.
After washing, residual Resinaway on the model surface can inhibit UV cure and leave a tacky layer. The Mega Cure S dry then cure sequential mode first runs the dual 1,700 RPM fans to remove solvent, then starts the UV curing cycle automatically. This is the recommended workflow for prints going directly from the Wash Mega S to the Mega Cure S.
Used Resinaway containing dissolved uncured resin should not be poured down the drain. Expose the used solution to sunlight until the suspended resin cures and settles, filter out the solid resin, then dispose of the clean solvent in line with your local council chemical disposal guidelines. The Wash Mega S side drain valve allows controlled drainage without lifting the 25-litre tank.
Yes. The detachable internal rack supports two levels of parts in the same curing cycle. Vertical placement maximises the Ø35 x 30 cm chamber capacity, making batch curing of multiple smaller parts practical without running multiple cycles.

I’ve tested plenty of resins in the past, but Resione Tough74 v2 is on a completely different level. The material properties are incredible - it’s the perfect balance of rigidity and toughness. I’m using it for articulated garage resin kits, and the results are flawless. If you are tired of brittle prints and want something that actually feels like a manufactured product, this is it!
I have used the Phrozen 8K resin before, so I know how good a product it is. Delivery was fast. Sadly, whoever delivered it left it in the foyer of my apartment building without even buzzing me. Nothing to do with 3D cast but I hate to think what would have happened if a kid had got their hands on it.
