The Phrozen Revo 16K is a 16K mono MSLA resin 3D printer built for jewellery makers, miniature painters, tabletop gamers, model makers, and small batch studios where surface detail and dimensional accuracy are the primary requirement. The 10.1 inch 16K monochrome LCD delivers 14 x 19 micron XY resolution across a 211.68 x 118.37 x 235 mm build volume, producing prints where fine prong settings, casting master geometry, character sculpt texture, and small scale surface detail survive the print with clarity that 8K and 12K panels cannot match.

16K resolution at the 10.1 inch screen size is a meaningful step above the 8K and 12K printers in Phrozen's range. The increase in pixel density produces finer surface texture, sharper edges at small scales, and better preservation of detail in areas that lower resolution panels smooth over. For jewellery casting masters, miniature faces, armour engravings, and fine model detail, this difference is visible without magnification and practically relevant to output quality.

The Revo 16K includes automatic bed levelling, auto plate calibration, and print residue detection. The printer monitors itself during every run, catches adhesion failures before they waste a full vat of resin, and stays consistent across multi-hour sessions without manual intervention. The built-in 30 degree Celsius chamber heater stabilises the print environment before the job begins, reducing warping and improving layer adhesion on long runs.

The printer is compatible with Phrozen's full resin range and with any third-party 405 nm resin. The 6000 series aerospace grade aluminium frame and dual linear rail Z-axis provide the structural rigidity that 16K resolution demands across extended print sessions. The Phrozen GO App connects over Wi-Fi or Ethernet for remote monitoring, failure alerts, and time-lapse recording across multiple printers.
