The Phrozen Wash & Cure Kit Washing Bucket Set is a genuine replacement bucket assembly for the Phrozen Wash station, providing an 8-litre cleaning container with all necessary components to restore or expand the post-processing capacity of an existing Wash & Cure Kit. It is designed for resin 3D printer users who print at volume, run two-step IPA cleaning processes, or need a spare bucket on hand to avoid downtime between batches.
The 8-litre bucket accommodates models from printers with 10" build plates, including the Phrozen Sonic Mighty 8K and Sonic Mighty 12K. Smaller build plate prints can use the included basket holder for accurate positioning within the bucket during the wash cycle. For printers with build plates larger than 10", such as the Phrozen Sonic Mega 8K, models should be placed directly into the cleaning basket without the holder.
The magnetic impeller generates a vortex in the cleaning solution that circulates evenly around the model, removing uncured resin from surfaces and cavities without mechanical abrasion. The vortex action is effective on fine geometry, including miniature detail, lattice structures, and overhanging surfaces where brush cleaning is impractical. Having a second bucket on hand allows a two-stage IPA cleaning process: a first wash in the primary bucket removes the bulk of uncured resin, and the second wash in a clean bucket removes residue for a cleaner final result. This workflow extends the usable life of cleaning solution by reducing contamination rate in the final wash stage.

No. The Washing Bucket Set is compatible only with the Phrozen Wash station included in the Phrozen Wash and Cure Kit. It is not compatible with the Phrozen Wash Mega S, which is a separate product with a 25-litre tank and different internal components.
A second bucket enables a two-stage IPA or Resinaway cleaning workflow. The first bucket removes bulk uncured resin; the second contains clean solution for a final rinse. This produces a cleaner surface finish and extends the usable life of the cleaning solution by reducing how quickly the final wash becomes contaminated.

I’ve tested plenty of resins in the past, but Resione Tough74 v2 is on a completely different level. The material properties are incredible - it’s the perfect balance of rigidity and toughness. I’m using it for articulated garage resin kits, and the results are flawless. If you are tired of brittle prints and want something that actually feels like a manufactured product, this is it!
I have used the Phrozen 8K resin before, so I know how good a product it is. Delivery was fast. Sadly, whoever delivered it left it in the foyer of my apartment building without even buzzing me. Nothing to do with 3D cast but I hate to think what would have happened if a kid had got their hands on it.
