Phrozen Sonic CS+ Resin Starter Bundle: Chairside Printer and Validated Dental Resins
The Phrozen Sonic CS+ Resin Starter Bundle is a chairside dental 3D printing package for Australian clinics beginning a resin 3D printing workflow. It pairs the Sonic CS+ printer with three validated Phrozen dental resins covering the most common model printing applications, removing the need to source and validate materials separately when setting up for the first time.
The Sonic CS+ delivers 22 µm XY resolution using a 7.1 inch 385nm mono-LCD across a 168 x 74mm build plate, with a built-in chamber and vat heating system and an integrated air purifier. The dual kit system includes both a Standard Kit and Mini Kit build configuration, allowing the clinician to match the setup to the task. Phrozen DS Slicer manages slicing and connects to the printer via Wi-Fi, USB, or Ethernet.
The bundle includes one kilogram each of Phrozen Dental Study Model Resin, Phrozen Water-Washable Dental Model Resin, and Phrozen Dental Ortho Model Resin. All three carry validated print profiles for the Sonic CS+. The Study Model Resin covers diagnostic and case presentation models. The Water-Washable Resin eliminates IPA from the post-processing step for orthodontic model workflows. The Ortho Model Resin provides the 220°C glass transition temperature required for thermoformed aligner fabrication.
Post-processing equipment is not included in this bundle. The Phrozen Wash+ and Cure+ are available separately or as part of the CS+ Wash and Cure Bundle.
