Phrozen Dental XL 4K Plus Wash and Cure Bundle: Large-Format Print and Post-Process System for Dental Labs
The Phrozen Dental XL 4K Plus Wash and Cure Bundle is a complete large-format dental 3D printing and post-processing package for Australian dental laboratories. It combines the XL 4K Plus lab printer, the Phrozen Wash+ dual tank washing station, and the Phrozen Cure+ triple-wavelength curing unit, covering the full workflow from printing through to a washed and cured finished part.
The XL 4K Plus delivers 52 µm XY resolution using a 9.3 inch 4K mono-LCD across a 200 x 125mm build plate, printing six to eight full-arch models in 35 minutes with 30°C constant temperature heating. The Wash+ handles post-print cleaning with dual tank washing, 200 stored profiles, and five-minute cycle times that keep pace with the XL 4K Plus high output volume. The Cure+ combines 365, 385, and 405nm LEDs at 110W with a 60°C heated enclosure and validated cure profiles for over 15 dental materials.
The Sonic XL 4K Plus Wash and Cure Bundle suits dental laboratories sourcing resins separately or operating within a validated material protocol. The Wash+ accepts IPA, water-washable, and dual-solvent resins across all compatible Phrozen dental materials. The Heat and Mix resin preparation station is not included and is available as part of the XL 4K Plus Complete Production System.

The XL 4K Plus is designed for high throughput production with a large format build volume of 195 x 140 x 200 mm, suited to full arch workflows and high model counts per print cycle. It is the largest printer in the Phrozen Dental range available through 3D Cast.
The WASH+ supports three methods. A two-stage dirty IPA then clean IPA wash, separation of FDA biocompatible parts from non-FDA parts in a single cycle, and double plate washing for up to 24 dental models per cycle.
The Cure+ has validated curing profiles for 15 or more dental materials including surgical guides, models, splints, and biocompatible resins. It uses triple wavelength curing at 365, 385, and 405 nm with a heated 60 degree enclosure.
The XL 4K Plus is validated with the full range of Phrozen dental resins stocked at 3D Cast, including Dental Study Model Resin, Water-Washable Dental Model Resin, Dental Ortho Model Resin with a 220°C glass transition temperature for thermoforming, and Monocure3D PRECISE+ and Thermo Resin. All validated resins are available in local Australian stock at 3D Cast.
