The Phrozen High Temp TR250LV Sample Bottle contains 200g of High Temp TR250LV resin, Phrozen's heat resistant engineering MSLA resin with a heat deflection temperature of 120°C at 0.45 MPa. The sample size allows engineers, toolmakers, and dental professionals to test TR250LV's thermal performance, surface quality, and print settings before purchasing a full 1 kg bottle.
TR250LV is formulated for thermoforming tools, jigs, fixtures, and dental instruments that must maintain dimensional stability at elevated temperatures. The 200g sample is sufficient to produce and test representative tooling parts through a heat exposure cycle.

I’ve tested plenty of resins in the past, but Resione Tough74 v2 is on a completely different level. The material properties are incredible - it’s the perfect balance of rigidity and toughness. I have used the Phrozen 8K resin before, so I know how good a product it is. Delivery was fast. Sadly, whoever delivered it left it in the foyer of my apartment building without even buzzing me. Nothing to do with 3D cast but I hate to think what would have happened if a kid had got their hands on it.

I switched to this because isopropyl was stinking up the house from the garage. This has a nice lemon smell, cleans well, doesn't make my eyes burn from the fumes and didn't get cloudy after the first use. It did kick up the VOC readings the same as isopropyl, but didn't linger the entire day when I used my air purifier. Great stuff, will buy more.

Great business to deal with. Recently after a full days work, I placed an order. 3D Cast was on the ball, as the resin I ordered was different to my previous orders, as it turned out I pushed the wrong button, this was my bugger up. But, rather than just send it, they contacted me and asked if this was right and I was able to correct it.
