Phrozen Tempered Glass LCD Screen Protector for Mighty Revo 16K MAX: 2 Sets
The Phrozen Tempered Glass LCD Screen Protector is the genuine replacement screen protector for the Sonic Mighty Revo 16K MAX 14-inch 16K LCD. The specially coated tempered glass allows cured resin residue to be scraped off with a plastic card without scratching or damaging the LCD surface, which is the key maintenance advantage over uncoated glass or film protectors. Scratch-resistant and impact-resistant construction protects the LCD from resin spills and accidental pressure during operation and maintenance.
UV transmittance of 98% means curing light passes through the protector with minimal attenuation, maintaining print quality and exposure accuracy at 16K resolution. The glass also assists smoother release action during layer separation, reducing peel force on the film and contributing to more consistent layer release throughout a print. At 0.2 mm thickness the protector adds negligible optical path length. Dimensions are 310.9 x 178.1 mm, precision-cut for the Revo 16K MAX LCD frame. Two sets per pack, covering two protector replacement cycles.

The Heated Resin Vat film is rated for 40,000+ release cycles. Film life varies with resin type, print settings, and handling. Inspect regularly for cloudiness, scratches, or delamination and replace when print quality deteriorates or the film is visibly damaged.
Replace the glass protector when it becomes heavily scratched, cloudy, or visibly damaged. A worn protector reduces UV transmittance and can affect print quality. The 2-set pack provides two replacement cycles.
The LCD frame tape is a black light-blocking tape that seals the gap between the LCD panel and the printer frame during LCD replacement. It prevents light leakage around the panel edges and is replaced each time a new LCD is installed. One set per LCD replacement; the 2-pack covers two replacement cycles.

I’ve tested plenty of resins in the past, but Resione Tough74 v2 is on a completely different level. The material properties are incredible - it’s the perfect balance of rigidity and toughness. I have used the Phrozen 8K resin before, so I know how good a product it is. Delivery was fast. Sadly, whoever delivered it left it in the foyer of my apartment building without even buzzing me. Nothing to do with 3D cast but I hate to think what would have happened if a kid had got their hands on it.
