It is suited to anyone evaluating Tough 100E for living hinges, snap-fit assemblies, flexible clips, jigs, fixtures, and rapid tooling applications before purchasing a full 1 kg bottle.
The defining specification of Tough 100E is its elongation at break of 100.5%. Standard photopolymer resins typically achieve between 2 and 10% elongation before fracture. At 100.5%, a Tough 100E part can stretch to double its resting length before failing, which is the mechanical basis for living hinges and snap-fit clips that must cycle through repeated flexion without fatigue cracking. Tensile strength of 24.6 MPa is moderate, which is the correct balance for this resin type: it resists load while retaining the ductility that enables flex. I have used the Phrozen 8K resin before, so I know how good a product it is. Delivery was fast. Sadly, whoever delivered it left it in the foyer of my apartment building without even buzzing me. Nothing to do with 3D cast but I hate to think what would have happened if a kid had got their hands on it.

I switched to this because isopropyl was stinking up the house from the garage. This has a nice lemon smell, cleans well, doesn't make my eyes burn from the fumes and didn't get cloudy after the first use. It did kick up the VOC readings the same as isopropyl, but didn't linger the entire day when I used my air purifier. Great stuff, will buy more.

Great business to deal with. Recently after a full days work, I placed an order. 3D Cast was on the ball, as the resin I ordered was different to my previous orders, as it turned out I pushed the wrong button, this was my bugger up.
