Phrozen TR300 Ultra-High Temp 3D Printer Resin Sample Bottle: 200g Trial Size
The Phrozen TR300 Ultra-High Temp Sample Bottle contains 200g of TR300 resin, Phrozen's extreme temperature engineering MSLA resin with a heat deflection temperature of 160°C and glass transition temperature of 220°C. The sample size allows engineers, toolmakers, and industrial users to test TR300's thermal stability, dimensional accuracy, and print settings before purchasing a full 1 kg bottle.
TR300 is formulated for high temperature thermoforming moulds, autoclave-compatible jigs, and industrial fixtures where standard heat resistant resins reach their thermal limits. The 200g sample is sufficient to produce and evaluate representative tooling parts through high temperature exposure testing.

I’ve tested plenty of resins in the past, but Resione Tough74 v2 is on a completely different level. The material properties are incredible - it’s the perfect balance of rigidity and toughness. I have used the Phrozen 8K resin before, so I know how good a product it is. Delivery was fast. Sadly, whoever delivered it left it in the foyer of my apartment building without even buzzing me. Nothing to do with 3D cast but I hate to think what would have happened if a kid had got their hands on it.

I switched to this because isopropyl was stinking up the house from the garage. This has a nice lemon smell, cleans well, doesn't make my eyes burn from the fumes and didn't get cloudy after the first use. It did kick up the VOC readings the same as isopropyl, but didn't linger the entire day when I used my air purifier. Great stuff, will buy more.

Great business to deal with. Recently after a full days work, I placed an order. 3D Cast was on the ball, as the resin I ordered was different to my previous orders, as it turned out I pushed the wrong button, this was my bugger up. But, rather than just send it, they contacted me and asked if this was right and I was able to correct it.
