Phrozen Dental XL 4K Plus Resin Starter Bundle: Large-Format Lab Printer and Validated Dental Resins
The Phrozen Dental XL 4K Plus Resin Starter Bundle is a large-format dental 3D printing package for Australian dental laboratories beginning a high-volume resin 3D printing workflow. It pairs the XL 4K Plus lab printer with three validated Phrozen dental resins, providing a complete and tested starting configuration for laboratories running multiple print cycles per day.
The XL 4K Plus delivers 52 µm XY resolution using a 9.3 inch 4K mono-LCD across a 200 x 125mm build plate, printing six to eight full-arch dental models in 35 minutes print time. The 30°C constant temperature heating system maintains stable resin viscosity throughout the build cycle, and dual linear rails with ball screws on the Z-axis deliver precise, repeatable layer registration across every build. Phrozen DS Slicer manages slicing with integration for 3Shape, exocad, and other dental CAD platforms.
The bundle includes one kilogram each of Phrozen Dental Study Model Resin, Phrozen Water-Washable Dental Model Resin, and Phrozen Dental Ortho Model Resin, all carrying validated print profiles for the XL 4K Plus. The Study Model Resin covers diagnostic and case presentation models. The Water-Washable Resin eliminates IPA from the post-processing step. The Ortho Model Resin provides the 220°C glass transition temperature required for thermoformed aligner fabrication.
Post-processing equipment is not included in this bundle. The Phrozen Wash+ and Cure+ are available separately or as part of the XL 4K Plus Wash and Cure Bundle.
